Return Policy
Every sign is custom-made to order. Please read this policy before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Because every lake map sign is custom laser-engraved and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. All sales are final.
This applies to all products in our store, including Small and Large lake map signs, golf course maps, oar paddle maps, and any custom-size orders.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started. After 24 hours or once production begins — whichever comes first — the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or file a claim on your behalf.
